Award winning, New York City architectural lighting design firm seeks a highly motivated individual for a lighting designer position.

Designer – Candidate shall have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, interior design, lighting design or similar.

1-2 years experience at a lighting design firm is a plus but not required.

We are looking for a designer who is:

• Enthusiastic: loves lighting, learning, and collaborating
• Organized: shares production schedules for tasks on multiple projects
• Communicative: shares expectations about project milestones and deadlines, keeps information flowing in office and on teams
• Team player: helps others on large projects
• Responsible: takes ownership of small projects and individual tasks

Individual shall work closely with staff and principals on a wide variety of international and local projects. Position requires the ability to interface with AutoCAD, AGI, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite. REVIT is definitely a plus!
